We provide 3D Building Models to architects, contractors, consultants, planners and project managers. We use the latest software tools to model and validate our 3d models and we currently use Revit Architecture, AutoCAD Architecture and ArchiCAD to create the 3d models and Autodesk Navisworks to validate the models.

BIM Modelling - Working directly for architects and developers, we use Revit Architecture to produce intelligent building information models (BIM Models). These models have parametric data and are useful for ongoing design changes. By making changes to the data the changes are reflected throughout the models and all associated drawings and design information.

The completed BIM model offers users a range of data options including 2D CAD drawings, a completed 3D model for walkthrough or visualisation, information for quantity surveyors such as schedules of information and material take-offs.

BIM models include additional design data and are increasingly becoming the preferred option for many customers due to their multi-discipline use with Revit MEP and Revit Structures software.

3D Modeling and Maintenance - We create 3D CAD models based on the software and output requirements of all engineering, architectural and construction projects. We then maintain the model throughout the life cycle of the project ensuring that the latest architectural design changes are reflected in the model.

Structural and Architectural Building Models - We provide architects, building services contractors, structural consultants and consultant engineers with AutoCAD Architecture and Architectural Desktop (ADT) models. Completed building models are used for 3D building services design or for production of computer generated images and other CAD visualisation purposes.

4D CAD Modelling - We create 4D CAD models, using AutoCAD, creating intelligent 3D objects to form the model. These components are pre-programmed and exported via VRML code into appropriate software programs to allow views of the planned development of a site or a building at any point in time during the build program.

IFC Modelling - We also create Industry Foundation Classes (IFC) compliant 3D component models as defined by the International Alliance for Interoperability. IFC models allow for data exchange between design and facilities management disciplines in the engineering and construction sectors.
