XS CAD Limited provides Architectural CAD Services to leading architects, contractors and multi-disciplinary consultants in the UK.

We work with our customers, often as preferred suppliers that are part of the supply chain with responsibility for providing a range of architectural CAD services including Architectural 3D Modelling and Architectural Drawing Services.

Our Architectural CAD Technicians manage a range of projects on our behalf, working with the client and our large team of architectural drafters and architectural modellers to perform our work.

Role: Architectural CAD Technician

We are looking for individuals to join our Architectural CAD Team.  Our Architectural CAD Technician Jobs are challenging opportunities and will be require candidates to be aware of architectural design standards (building regulations) and the impact of these on interior and exterior design.  Our projects range from commercial, residential and retail design – covering the working drawing process, 3D modelling and architectural rendering.

Experience: You will have a strong architectural background with good drawing and maybe some modelling experience.  You will also have an interest in projects that absorb architectural and other disciplines such as steel, structures and building services.

Qualifications: An AutoCAD qualification is essential although practical experience of using AutoCAD in a practice environment will also be acceptable.

Other Skills: You will have the desire to work as part of a larger team – usually assuming the communication and problem solving lead to ensure that projects are completed to acceptable levels of standard and in line with budgets.

You will also be well organised and be an excellent communicator with your peers as well as our customers.
