- To plan, manage and control all project related activities as per XS CAD, including project management, quality control, timely delivery and cost control.
- To lead our Architectural Team in delivering cutting edge Architectural Design & Development Projects to our clients.
- To assist in resource management and deployment in order to meet project needs whilst meeting the needs of the business.
- To assist in sales and marketing activities e.g. organising and providing quotations and marketing material as required and lead various teams in delivering Architectural & Interior design, BIM (Building Information Modelling) & CAD projects to clients worldwide and ensure wellbeing and representation of all team members working in the teams.
- To interact with clients and ensure technical account management is carried out, with an ability to lead team members with enthusiasm and example, mentoring them and assisting in meeting their individual growth objectives.
Minimum 8-10 years in managing Architectural / Interior Design projects.
Degree or Diploma in Architecture or Civil Engineering or Interior Design.
- Excellent organization skills (ability to prioritize and organize workload), should be an assertive individual capable of mentoring and motivating team members with good people management skills.
- Willingness to manage multiple tasks and projects. Good ‘English’ communication skills – both written and verbal. Flexibility – in terms of time and attendance and working from home. Familiarity and experience with all disciplines (Arch, Civil & M&E).
