For as fitted drawings we will ask for all changes and deviations from the construction drawing issue to be marked up to allow us to create the as fitted drawings.

As fitted drawings for a finished site are typically prepared for inclusion within the Operations & Maintenance Manual (O&M) in a paper format.

XS CAD provides a complete reprographic drawing service for drawings from A4 through to A0 for paper issue purposes.

In cases where we are asked to provide record drawings for existing sites, we will usually carry out a survey of the site against the most recent set of drawings and produce an up to date set of record drawings.

As well as building alterations and additional M&E services we can create record drawings for facility management purposes to include other elements such as furniture layouts.

XS CAD are also able to provide as fitted drawings and record drawings in electronic format. To ease accessibility of drawings we provide drawings in our own interactive CD ROM based program which will typically include drawings in PDF format, DWG format and PLT format.
