The proximity of Australia and New Zealand to our main production centre in India, means that a working day overlap can be utilised for online meetings on a regular basis. This has allowed XS CAD to provide high value services that are typically provided in Australia.

The ground based support of our local partner and representative means that our customers have access to a local contact and are able to transact with local partner if needed. This extends to contracts and fees which can all be handled locally.
As one of our key markets, we have gained valuable experience of the Australian and New Zealand market. Our primary focus for the Australian market is to ensure that we meet the required quality levels, once these have been met then we ensure that the processes and workflow are in place to support efficient information exchange and deliverables. It is only then that we agree fees to reflect the quality and standard of services that is required.
Australia certainly leads the way in terms of adoption of technology in construction. Working with Australian based customers has enabled us to develop our technological expertise alongside our customers. We were one of the first companies to use Revit software projects in our India based production centres for Australian projects and even today we continue to use Revit MEP and Revit Architecture for a multitude of Australian projects.
Our focus areas for the Australia market include the following:
- Residential Construction Drawings – we provide construction drawings for a number of homebuilders via dedicated resource teams which consist of teams working solely for each homebuilder.
- Residential Steel Framing Drawings – we create detailed steel frame drawings for a leading Australian homebuilder. We use bespoke software that is based on 3D AutoCAD to provide this service and we have worked with this customer for the last five years.
- 3D Rendered Images – we currently provide rendered images to regional homebuilders, general contractors and retailers in Australia.
- MEP Coordination – we provide Revit MEP and AutoCAD MEP services to a number of contractors in Australia. Having worked on a few projects in the country, we are familiar with the standards and requirements for modeling and documentation. Our MEP experience in Australia includes healthcare, residential, commercial and leisure complexes.
- Retail Construction Drawings – we currently provide a leading global retailer with retail construction drawings for stores across Australasia. Our comprehensive drawings sets are commonly created with 3D modeling software to ensure clash free design.
- Architectural BIM Models – we also architects and general contractors with AutoCAD Architecture based models and increasingly with BIM models using Revit Architecture. We also provide detailed construction drawings for a range of architectural projects in Australia.
