Job Description (Summary):
To lead our Architectural Team in delivering cutting edge Architectural Design & Development Projects to our clients.

Job Description (Detail):
The job involves the following responsibilities & challenges -

• To interact with clients in order to understand project requirements.
• To estimate project size & manage resources in order to execute it.
• To manage projects and deliver projects on time.
• To interact with clients with respect to design changes.
• To lead our Architectural team in meeting (and exceeding!) client expectations.
• Build, manage & lead a team which is well-trained & technically sound.

Candidate Profile:
Qualifications
- Degree / Diploma in Architecture - OR
- Interior designers (with 3+ years of experience) can apply

Experience
- 2 Years or more

Essential Skills
- Ability to interpret Architectural Design & Drawing requirements
- Ability to understand and design various Architectural Details
- Good communication skills in English
- Ability to use AutoCAD for reviewing designs

Preferred Skills
- Experience on large commercial and industrial buildings
- Ability to use External References in AutoCAD
- Ability to use AutoCAD for reviewing in the 3D Environment
