We provide a range of architectural cad modeling services for our customers to aid the design, planning and visualization phase of projects. Our team of modelers is experienced and we have created models for entire shopping centres, airports, hotel complexes, transport infrastructure, residential areas and multi-use sites.

3D CAD Building Models

We create building models using Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, Architectural Desktop (ADT) and AutoCAD Architecture for architects, consulting engineers, structural engineers, main contractors and sub contractors. Using 2D layout plans and elevations we create entire architectural and structural building models to exact standards and specifications. We also undertake to maintain the models for such projects throughout the duration of a project – from design through to installation/handover.

We also create Sketchup models for initial scheme development and approval – usually for architects and planning consultants.

Revit BIM 3D Models

By using Revit Architecture from Autodesk, we create intelligent BIM CAD models (Building Information Models) - as a parametric modeling utility Autodesk Revit offers a number of enhanced advantages to provide greater control and accuracy to the design stage of projects. Revit Architecture is also a database driven software utility, which means that changes to schedules, plans, elevations, sections or the 3D model itself result in coordinated updates to all corresponding areas. This is referred to as 'integrated bidirectional associativity' by Autodesk.

Due to the database structure of Revit Architecture, the software also allows for a range of other benefits including material takeoff, interference checks and improved compatability with other Autodesk visulization tools.

Our Revit project experience includes development of construction drawing sets for leading homebuilders in the US and Canada, development of models and associated drawings and schedules for multi-use buildings in the UK, US and Australia including high rise structures and creation of Revit based construction drawing sets for retail design updates.

4D CAD Building Models

We create 3D models with the added element of time based phasing for main contractors and project managers. These models show the development of a model over the duration of a planned build and enable more effective resource and budget management.

3D CAD Component Modelling & Digital Libraries

We create 3D model libraries (using AutoCAD) for all areas within construction and engineering as well as those supporting these sectors such as interior design (furniture) and external landscaping.
