By creating our models with actual ‘real world’ elements and characteristics (physical elements, materials, textures and colours) we allow you to visualize the impact of a new building in its existing and surrounding environment.

Commonly referred to as architectural photomontage, this is useful for design and planning purposes and is used by planning consultants and architects alike.

In order to create photomontage images, we use digital images/photographs of the existing site environment and superimpose the new/changed structures (created in 3D by us) into the photograph though a range of digital techniques. Once completed we can also create several design variations to enable selection from a choice of different options.

Our recent photomontage projects include:

• Photomontage planning images showing a new set of houses within an existing street for a UK based village location – used successfully to gain planning permission.

• 3D Photomontage perspectives for a mixed use development incorporating retail, offices, residential and car parking for a site in the north of the UK

• Photomontage CGI images showing the site plan and master plan for a new solar panel facility in Spain.

The finished image depicts the finished site and can be used for planning purposes, stakeholder approval, design approval and for marketing purposes.
