Architectural Drafting
Our architectural CAD services team is led by qualified architects who manage all projects from requirement through to delivery. We provide drafting and detailing services to architects from a range of architectural institutes around the world including the American Institute of Architects (AIA) in the US and The Royal Institute of Architects (RIBA) in the UK.
We provide architectural services for all stages of a project from tender, planning, working and construction drawings and detail for industrial, commercial, retail and residential projects.
Our approach to projects is client led but typically includes the following for complete architectural detailing projects:
Plans
& General Layouts (to include the design development
plan, site grading plan,
site layout,
setting out plan, foundation plan, working floor
plan, roof plan, furniture layout,
flooring layout,
electric layout, sanitary layout, water supply layout and landscape layout.)
Elevations (to include all side elevations and Interior millwork elevations)
Sections
(to include side sections and sectional elevations)
Details (to include architectural details such as cornices
and buttresses, sectional details,
stair details,
kitchen details, toilet details and finishing details).
