Job Description (Short):
To lead our Architectural Team in delivering cutting edge
Architectural Design & Development Projects to our clients.
Job Description (Long):
The job involves the following responsibilities & challenges –
a.
To interact with clients in order to understand project
requirements.
b.
To estimate project size & manage resources in order to
execute it.
c.
To manage projects and deliver projects on time.
d.
To interact with clients with respect to design changes.
e.
To lead our Architectural team in meeting (and exceeding!)
client expectations.
f.
Build, manage & lead a team which is well-trained &
technically sound.
Candidate Profile:

Qualifications |
- Degree / Diploma in Architecture - OR
- Interior designers (with 3+ years of experience) can
apply |
|
Experience |
- 2 Years or more |
|
Essential Skills |
- Ability to interpret Architectural Design & Drawing
requirements
- Ability to understand and design various Architectural
Details
- Good communication skills in English
- Ability to use AutoCAD for reviewing designs |
|
Preferred Skills |
- Experience on large commercial and industrial buildings
- Ability to use External References in AutoCAD
- Ability to use AutoCAD for reviewing in the 3D
