Our focus on delivery of consistent design documentation which is delivered on the back of our tried and trusted methodology that incorporates design control, design standardization and design reporting and tracking. Design Coordination & Control:

We synchronize and coordinate the various design outputs from architectural, structural and MEP consultants for all stages of the project life cycle. By taking ownership of the information we are able to ensure controlled access and controlled updates to centralised design information.

As part of our service we ensure that the outputs of the national and global designers involved in projects throughout India are standardized for local use. We will undertake changes to drawings and documentation to ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, construction practices and local materials as well as local sustainability issues.

Design Documentation

We ensure that documentation is detailed according to the needs of the design and construction stages of projects. By generating documentation from 3d models we ensure that cross-discipline consistency is maintained right through to the detailed drawing and specification stages of the project. Once approved, our documentation is used by site personnel as well as pre-fabrication engineers and manufacturers.

Design Tracking & Reporting

This is a key component of our Design Management Service as it ensures that our work and output as well as that of all the designers and consultants on the project is monitored, recorded and reported. We also track project milestones and deliverables as part of our service, ensuring that documentation is issued to the right participants at the right time.

BIM Management Services

Providing our Design Management Services within the parameters of a BIM Model is becoming the preferred approach for many developers. By creating a BIM model, we are able to ensure complete coordination of our service through the creation of a single digital model. This virtual construction can be used to validate the project before moving to site. All information elements that we handle are added to the BIM model.
