Job Description (Short):
To
lead our Building Services (HVAC, Pipework, Electrical, Public
Health) Team in delivering 3D building services projects to
our clients.
Job Description (Long):
The
job involves the following responsibilities & challenges –
a.
To interact with clients in order to understand project
requirements
b.
To estimate project size & manage resources in order to
execute it
c.
To manage projects and deliver projects on time
d.
To interact with clients with respect to design changes
e.
To lead our Building Services team in meeting (and exceeding
!) client expectations
f.
Build, manage & lead a team which is well-trained &
technically sound
Candidate Profile:

Qualifications |
- Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering – or –
- Degree / Diploma in HVAC (Air Conditioning) Design |
|
Experience |
- 2+ Years or more in designing HVAC Systems |
|
Essential Skills |
- HVAC Design
- Spatial Co-ordination (Ability to re-design due to
clashes with other building services
- Good communication skills in English
- Ability to use AutoCAD for reviewing 2D and 3D designs |
|
Preferred Skills |
- Ability to work in Autodesk Building Systems or CAD Duct |
