M&E (MEP) Modeling

XS CAD India provides a dedicated 3d modelling support service for M&E coordinators and contractors.

By carrying out the modelling phase of M&E projects we are able to ensure that areas that do not require spatial coordination are modeled easily and quickly using the latest 3d technology from Autodesk – ABS (Autodesk Building Systems).

We are also able to model all areas where coordination issues have been identified and made known to us with the appropriate instructions provided to enable our team of modelers to create a spatially coordinated 3d model.

The finished model can then be validated for clashes and changes made by the client or returned to XS CAD India for fine tuning.

Where required, we are also able to create the requisite paper space drawings for 3d M&E/MEP models.
