Our building services (MEP) CAD team is led by qualified and experienced mechanical engineers (HVAC and pipe work) and electrical engineers who are responsible for all aspects of MEP drawing issue for all stages of the MEP drawings process.

MEP Design Working as an extended team for our customers, we work with engineering designers and consultants in the UK, US, Canada, Australia and Europe to create detailed MEP design drawings for both mechanical and electrical disciplines. We assist with tender and contract drawing production for MEP consultants and designers.

As well as MEP plan drawings we also create mechanical and HVAC schematics and section drawings to show the impact of services within confined areas, such as a ceiling void or a riser. MEP Design Our MEP drafting experience covers all aspects of the contracting process including working drawings, construction drawings and also record and as built drawings.

We work with a number of subcontractors in a number of markets for the provision of MEP construction drawings covering the following services:

MEP drawings are created to our customers standards and requirements but include all sizing and manufacturing information where required e.g. for ductwork.

Prefabrication / Module Drawings We work with existing 3D models and drawings to create detailed pre-fabrication drawings. We create detailed pre-fabricated module drawings complete with material schedules. Our pre-fabrication drawing services also include MEP spool drawings – created to exact specifications for the off site manufacturing facility to use.

Shop Drawings For HVAC services we are able to create detailed shop drawings for manufacture and installation of ductwork. We can work to pre-determined manufacturing standards, from existing drawings or from existing 3D models to create MEP shop drawings for our customers.

For MEP contractors we also supply 3D MEP Modelling and 3D MEP Coordination services using specialist 3D coordination software – AutoCAD MEP.
