XS CAD India (Pvt) Limited Moves to Larger Offices in Mumbai
XS CAD India Pvt Limited (a leading AEC CAD Services company based in Mumbai, India), has moved into new purpose designed offices in Andheri East (Mumbai) in the heart of the commercial district in India’s commercial capital. The move to larger offices follows the company’s last move less than 18 months ago as new and existing customers continue to outsource projects for improved value, quality and delivery from India.
The new office has been designed by XS CAD India’s own team of architects and interior designers, who have used their creative flair to create an open, spacious and modern work space for seventy (70) employees. The new offices include conference/meeting rooms, state of the art video conferencing facility and a number of studios for the teams of CAD Designers and CAD Technicians.
With a current staff count of 40 employees the company expects to be at 50 employees within the next few months as it continues to dominate the CAD Services sector in India for specialized CAD services in its core areas:
- Building services 3D MEP Co-ordination Projects – for spatial co-ordination of electrical and mechanical services.
- Architectural Detailing, Drafting & Modelling Projects – for US and UK based architects.
- 3D Visualisation - for 3D walkthroughs and 3D still computer generated images.
XS CAD India has continued to grow since its launch in 2003 and is now one of the most widely recognised CAD organizations in India - known for its specialisation in building services CAD and architectural CAD. As well as leading consultants and contractors, the company works with AIA and RIBA affiliated architects from the US and the UK.
