Our work encompasses 2D and 3D CAD services to a range of organisations including architects, building services contractors and manufacturers, consulting engineers, facilities management providers, main contractors, planning consultants and surveyors.

Architectural CAD Services

Our Architectural CAD Services span a range of sectors including retail (for construction drawing sets and space planning), homebuilders (for detailed construction drawing sets), commercial (for offices, mixed use buildings and other commercial sites – for all CAD drawings and details).

We provide Architectural CAD Drafting, Architectural CAD Modeling (Revit BIM and AutoCAD), Google Sketchup Modeling and Architectural Photomontage and Architectural Visualization Services for architects, planners, retailers, designers and space planners.

MEP CAD Services

Our MEP (M&E) CAD Services incorporate MEP Drafting, MEP Modeling, MEP Coordination and MEP Visualization. Our experience has been predominantly UK and US based although we are happy to work to the standards for other countries if required. Our project history includes MEP CAD Services for Stadia, Hospitals, Educational Facilities, Leisure Complexes, Office Buildings, Casino’s, Multi-Unit Residential Sites, Hotels and mixed use sites.

Offshore CAD Team

Our MEP and Architectural CAD Services can be utilised per project or on a dedicated offshore team basis. Located in our offices, we provide entire teams of staff for our customers. The teams are trained according to our customer’s requirements either in India or within the host country.

Offshore CAD teams consist of personnel that ONLY work for the customer on that customer’s projects. At present we supply Architectural CAD Drafting and CAD Modelling Teams as well as MEP CAD Drafting and MEP Modeling Teams for UK, US, Canadian and Australian based companies.

Our offshore, dedicated CAD teams will usually serve as a complete back office solution on an ongoing basis or for large projects – usually over a 6-36 month duration. The offshore dedicated team set up includes all elements required for the team in terms of hardware, software, dedicated server, dedicated workspace and dedicated communication channels.
