Job Description (Short):
To lead our 3D Modeling Team in delivering complex 3D & 4D
projects to our clients.
Job Description (Long):
The
job involves the following responsibilities & challenges –
a.
To
interact with clients in order to understand project
requirements
b.
To
estimate project size & manage resources in order to execute it
c.
To manage projects and deliver projects on time
d.
To interact with clients with respect to design changes
e.
To lead 3D Modeling team in meeting (and exceeding !)
client expectations
f.
Build, manage & lead a team which is well-trained &
technically sound
Candidate Profile:
|
Qualifications |
- ITI (Mechanical or Civil or Architectural) – or -
- Degree / Diploma in AutoCAD – or -
- Degree / Diploma in Interior Designing / Architecture |
|
Experience |
- 2+ Years in creating 3D Models using AutoCAD |
|
Essential Skills |
- Excellent command over 3D AutoCAD
- Ability to understand any of the following drawings –
- Architectural/Building Drawings
- Air Conditioning (HVAC) Drawings
- Piping/Electrical/Plumbing Drawings
- Good communication skills in English |

Preferred Skills |
- Ability to work in Architectural Desktop (ADT)
- Ability to work in Autodesk Revit
- Ability to work in Autodesk Building Systems or CAD Duct |
