Our project approach is applied to all types of architectural drafting and MEP drafting projects as well as 3D Modeling and 3D Visualization Projects for MEP and architectural domains.
Our aim is to make oursourcing simple, starightforward and stress free
which is why we follow a consistent (tried and tested) process for all project types.
Define
High Level
Agree scope, deliverables, timing, budgets, processes and communication requirements.
Detail
At a detailed level we will specify all source material and requirements :
- Existing CAD files - layout& elevations
- Marked up, paper prints
- Drawing issue instructions
- CAD standards
- Other relevant references or source material such as materials, lighting animation route
Develop
Based on requirements we will proceed with drafting / QC work. We will incorporate client feedback / changes / approval using email / FTP etc.
We will ensure project wide communication on a regular basis with regular status reports and updates issued to our customer. We communicate using :
- Existing CAD files - layout& elevations
- Marked up, paper prints
- Drawing issue instructions
- CAD standards
- Other relevant references or source material such as materials, lighting animation route
Review
We review the project to improve future deliverables and to ensure project wide learning by taking the following steps :
- Reviewing project against original scope
- Identifying ‘learning’ points
- Communicating review material to all involved parties / individuals
Deliver
As well as quality and cost advantages our focus is on meeting deadlines. Once completed we can provide output in a range of methods.
Delivery options include:
- Issue print version to client or agreed address
- Issue electronic copy via email, CD Rom or by upload to Buzzsaw
