Job Description (Short):
To
lead our Architectural Visualization Team in delivering
Architectural Design Visualization & Presentation Projects to
our clients.
Job Description (Long):
The job involves the following responsibilities & challenges –
a.
To interact with clients in order to understand project
requirements
b.
To estimate project size & manage resources in order to
execute it
c.
To manage projects and deliver projects on time
d.
To interact with clients with respect to design changes
e.
To lead our Visualization team in meeting (and exceeding !)
client expectations
f.
Build, manage & lead a team which is well-trained &
technically sound
Candidate Profile:

Qualifications |
- Degree / Diploma in Architecture – or -
- Degree / Diploma in Interior Design – or -
- Diploma in 3DS Max / Architectural Visualization |
|
Experience |
- 3+ years in creating 3D Architectural Visualization
Images and AVIs |
|
Essential Skills |
- Excellent command over 3D Studio Max (Textures, Lighting
etc)
- Ability to interpret Architectural Design requirements
- Ability to understand and design various Architectural
Details
- Good communication skills in English
- Ability to use AutoCAD for reviewing 2D and 3D designs |

Preferred Skills |
- VRay, Global Illumination, Mental Ray |
