Our Lead M&E Coordinator contracts and permanent positions attract the best talent due to our experience. We are constantly recruiting experienced CAD Co-ordinators and Lead CAD Co-ordinators to lead the M&E Coordination solution for our projects.

Role: Lead M&E Coordinator (Building Services Co-ordinator)

Experience: We require experienced CAD Coordinators and Lead CAD Coordinators to join our busy project office based in the Midlands.

You will have a strong mechanical bias and be very comfortable with all aspects of building services including electrical services.  You will also have had extensive exposure to the site office environment coupled with drawing office experience for large and complex building services projects.

As a Lead M&E CAD Coordinator, you will be comfortable with all aspects spatial coordination for all services and also other disciplines. 

You will have worked on a range of project types including healthcare, education, commercial, office and multi-residential sites.

You will also have extensive experience of working with a range of online collaboration tools and resources.

You will have excellent AutoCAD skills as this will be the main application used. You will also be comfortable with MS Office.

Qualifications: Although a qualification is not necessary we will expect excellent AutoCAD skills that are up to date. 3D CAD software skills are not essential for this role although they would be preferred.

Other Skills: You will be a well organised individual, be used to managing projects and be confident when dealing with third parties and customers.
