XS CAD Limited provides M&E CAD Services to leading building services companies in the UK.  Our team includes experienced M&E Building Services Coordinators and M&E CAD Technicians.

We work with our customers, often as preferred suppliers that are part of the supply chain with responsibility for leading and delivering a range of M&E CAD Services.

Our M&E CAD Technician roles are on a permanent basis and also on a flexible contract basis.  We offer a flexible working environment and excellent remuneration and the opportunity to work on challenging projects across the country as well as the opportunity to progress into more technical M&E CAD roles.

Role: M&E CAD Technician (Building Services Engineering)

Experience:We require experienced and M&E CAD Technicians to work in our busy project office based in the Midlands.

Ideally you will have a mechanical drawing background (HVAC, Pipe Work and/or Drainage) with contractors and/or consultants.

You will also have a good appreciation of the impact of other disciplines.

You will need to possess excellent AutoCAD skills and an ability to develop new software skills based on your AutoCAD platform.

Qualifications:Although a qualification is not necessary we will expect excellent AutoCAD skills that are up to date – supporting qualifications would be an advantage.  A building services qualification would also be advantageous.

Other Skills:You will need to be an organised, efficient and have the ability to work on a number of tasks with tight timescales.  You will also need to be a confident communicator – both on the phone and in person.

You may be an M&E CAD Technician with a few years experience looking to move into a more demanding M&E CAD role in which case we would also like to hear from you.
