Our team includes experienced M&E Building Services Coordinators and we are always keen to hear from prospective M&E Co-ordinators to work in our busy M&E Project team.

We work with leading contractors around the UK, often as preferred suppliers as part of the supply chain with responsibility for leading and delivering M&E Coordinated Drawings.

Role: M&E Coordinator (Building Services Co-ordinator)

Experience: We require experienced and time served Building Services Engineers and M&E Coordinators to work in our busy project office based in the Midlands.

Ideally you will have a mechanical bias and be very comfortable with all aspects of building services including but not limited to - heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems, pipe systems for heating, domestic water supplies and gases, drainage and public health systems.

As an M&E CAD Coordinator, you will be comfortable with spatial coordination with all services and also other disciplines including structural steel and reinforce concrete.

You will have worked on a range of project types including healthcare, education, commercial, office and multi-residential sites.

You must have excellent AutoCAD skills as this will be the main application used. You will also be comfortable with MS Office.

Qualifications: Although a qualification is not necessary we will expect excellent AutoCAD skills that are up to date. 3D CAD software skills are not essential for this role.

Other Skills: You will be a well organised individual, possess good time management skills and be confident when dealing with third parties and when dealing with customers.
