Our resources are focused on the CAD sector. All of our placement services relate to CAD personnel and as such we have developed the type of experience and expertise that is required to assist our customers. As well as our extensive database of candidates, we have agreements in place with local, regional and national advertisers – this provides us with a national reach in India – helping to attract the best possible staff for our customers.

At XS CAD, we are not just another recruitment agency or a placement company. Instead we provide our candidates and customers with a more personal service that is more consultative based.

For customers, we typically take time to understand our customers business and how new CAD Technicians will fit into the workflow. We will also constantly make recommendations based on experience of best practice. When selecting CAD Technicians we provide a detailed screening and testing service. In short we make sure that the skills are up to a standard that will allow technicians to excel in their new position. We will also provide CAD training services to our customers for existing as well as new personnel. This training is provided at our own fully equipped Autodesk certified training

For our candidates we help them to present their strengths and we also provide access to training courses that we offer through our own Autodesk Training Center in Mumbai.
