XS CAD Recruitment is managed and operated by professionals with industry experience, across several disciplines within the design, installation and manufacturing environments.

It was set up in response to a demand for a streamlined and efficient recruitment service from our existing clients. Our clients wanted to speak to recruitment consultants who understand various CAD systems and appreciate typical CAD roles as well as an appreciation for industry and commerce and the ability to respond to their needs quickly and professionally.

By applying our industry experience and recruitment know how (we are full members of the REC), XS CAD Recruitment is able to add value to the recruitment process instead of simply collecting and distributing candidate CV's. We do this through our dedicated approach for each client within each of our core sectors.
