At XS CAD we provide architectural and MEP (M&E) design and CAD services to select sectors. This allows us to maintain and develop quality, expertise and consistent delivery for our key customers.

We focus on providing a range pre-construction solutions within architectural and MEP domains to our preferred sectors which include MEP Engineers (designers and contractors), retailers, homebuilders, general contractors and architects.

We already work with customers in each of these sectors, either on a project basis or on a dedicated team basis (also known as a retained team) across a number of continents, adding value to the design process while helping our customers to save costs and deliver projects on time.

We combine our domain specific architectural expertise with our architectural software expertise, which includes AutoCAD, Revit and ArchiCAD, to provide services for architectural projects for retailers, homebuilders, general contractors and architects. At present we create design drawing sets, construction drawing sets, BIM models and rendered images for our architectural sectors.

Our MEP (M&E) software expertise, includes Revit MEP and AutoCAD MEP, both are used along with our domain specific expertise for all building services (such as HVAC, mechanical pipework, gases, electrical, sprinkler etc) for MEP Designers / M&E Consultants and MEP Contractors. We work with contractors on the UK, US and Canada, providing services that meet local codes and standards. Our services include MEP Modeling, MEP Coordination and MEP Drafting.

Our architectural experience has been used effectively for the last decade for delivery of production and design information to retailers and homebuilders. We currently work with retailers in a number of countries, our clients include leading apparel retailers in Europe, global US fashion retailers and electronics retailers and global coffee shop chains. We also work with homebuilders in the US, UK and Australia, creating traditional, wood frame and steel frame drawings for them.

Increasingly we are providing architectural and MEP services to project owners (either general contractors or the clients) directly. By implementing and managing the IPD (Integrated Project Delivery) process for such clients we are working across our sectors and therefore maximising the value in terms of cost and time for our customers.
