XS CAD Limited provides M&E CAD Services to leading building services companies in the UK.  Our team includes experienced M&E Building Services Coordinators and M&E CAD Technicians.

We work with our customers, often as preferred suppliers that are part of the supply chain with responsibility for leading and delivering a range of M&E CAD Services.

Our M&E CAD Technician roles are on a permanent basis and also on a flexible contract basis.  We offer a flexible working environment and excellent remuneration and the opportunity to work on challenging projects across the country as well as the opportunity to progress into more technical M&E CAD roles.

Role: Trainee M&E CAD Technician (Building Services Engineering)

We are looking for individuals to join our M&E CAD Technician team initially as Trainee M&E CAD Technicians. Our Trainee M&E CAD Technicians will follow a programme of activity involving on-the-job training supported by college attendance. We will also consider applicants falling within the Modern Apprenticeships scheme.

Experience: You will have technical background with some drawing experience using AutoCAD.  You will also have an interest and some background in building services – either on site or in a drawing office.

Qualifications: AutoCAD certification is essential.  Some work towards a building services qualification would be advantageous.

Other Skills: You will have the desire to learn new concepts and the ability to adapt to new areas of AutoCAD software.  You will have good time keeping skills and be a well organised individual.
