After reviewing all design drawings of the 8-acre beachfront hotel with casino, spa, ballroom and conference and banqueting facilities, we created an accurate model of the interior and exterior, including the landscape, leisure and pool areas and provided a series of low colour images for design review.
Using Revit MEP and Autodesk Navisworks, we created coordinated 3D MEP models for various floors of Google’s 210,000-sqft European headquarters in the tallest office building in Dublin, a high-performance green building. We took design drawings through to construction status, considering installed services and adding new services.
We provided Keepmoat Homes, creator of more than 30,000 homes in the UK, with high-quality computer-generated images (CGIs), house exterior images, street scenes, site plans, VR 360, sales leaflets, wall graphics and floor plans. These images/graphics are used by Keepmoat on websites and in show home environments.
Using a 3D laser scan survey of a city centre department store, featuring several sales floors, multiple BOH floors, catering facilities, restaurant facilities and basement and roof plant areas, we created a detailed building model, with spatial coordination, modelling for all MEP services, detailed construction drawings and as-fitted drawings.
For David Weekley Homes, one of the largest privately owned homebuilders in the USA, we provided design development drawings, detailed construction drawing sets and 3D rendered images using 3ds Max, Photoshop and V-Ray. We created Revit models and drawings, applying relevant building codes for different states. The rendered images were used for websites and show homes.
Working with the lead MEP contractor, we provided spatial 3D coordination for all areas, including a modularised layout for all corridors and the energy centre, all coordinated drawings, all prefabricated module drawings and record drawings for a new 265-bed, 300,000 sq ft hospital in Wales, with linked buildings/zones and an external energy centre.
Using Autodesk Navisworks and Revit MEP to create a BIM model, we identified all clashes and delivered clash-free coordinated installation drawings for the largest science park in the south of England, which includes offices and laboratories. By using the latest software from Autodesk, we were able to deliver drawings to the contractor within time constraints.
We provided 3D MEP coordination, coordination across disciplines and coordinated M&E drawings for 13,500 sqm of new pathology and academic blocks, featuring an open atrium design, roof and basement plant rooms, with all services, systems for medical gas and sprinklers.
For a new clinicial facility building, with improved patient facilities for cancer, haematology and stem cell services, that links to an iconic Victorian structure, we provided MEP coordination services. Provided with a 3D design model, several design changes and requirements, we created a clash-free, coordinated model and installation sheets using Autodesk Revit and Navisworks.
We created a fully coordinated BIM model, utilising the Revit MEP platform, for a 799,000 sqft healthcare facility, with an academic centre, an amphitheatre, library, auditoriums, meeting rooms, in-patient wards and rooms, operating theatres and clinics. We also provided coordination, a coordinated drawing and single services sheets for all services, including prefabricated ceiling modules.
