Referring to a Revit model and MEP services design received from our customer for a city centre hub for research expertise, education and cultural collections, we developed a clash-free MEP services Revit model, single services drawings, spatially coordinated drawings for the plant room, builderswork drawings and as-fitted drawings, as well as providing Cobie data.
For a new clinicial facility building, with improved patient facilities for cancer, haematology and stem cell services, that links to an iconic Victorian structure, we provided MEP coordination services. Provided with a 3D design model, several design changes and requirements, we created a clash-free, coordinated model and installation sheets using Autodesk Revit and Navisworks.
Provided with a consultant design for a 4,500 sqm building development of luxury apartments in a sought-after London location, we produced a Revit MEP coordinated model and detailed installation sheets. Our clash-free MEP model was also used to communicate and demonstrate our coordination approach in client meetings.
We created a fully coordinated BIM model, utilising the Revit MEP platform, for a 799,000 sqft healthcare facility, with an academic centre, an amphitheatre, library, auditoriums, meeting rooms, in-patient wards and rooms, operating theatres and clinics. We also provided coordination, a coordinated drawing and single services sheets for all services, including prefabricated ceiling modules.
Using Autodesk 3ds Max and Adobe Photoshop, we developed detailed 3D rendered images for Toshiba’s 12,000 sqft Pune, India office. The images were used as part of a successful design bid, and the design was implemented by the local design-and-build company.
We created a series of models and rendered images for a renowned salon and spa chain to meet the stringent look-and-feel requirements of the brand. We used 3ds Max and Revit for the project.
Working for a local design and build company, we developed conceptual 3D renders for all office, reception, canteen, meeting and break areas to reflect the design intent of an instrumentation product manufacturer setting up a 13,000 sqft office for its regional headquarters in India.

We took tender design drawings to a more detailed design phase for high-quality apartments along Lombard Road and the River Thames through the deployment of Revit MEP. We created a 3D clash-free, spatially coordinated model and associated drawings that could be used or progressed by trades and sub-contractors further along the project’s installation stages.
For a 7,000 sqm local government office complex with energy-efficient design in the southwest of the UK, we provided multiservice coordinated drawings. Using Revit MEP, we created a clash-free model and installation sheets. Provided with a 3D Revit design model, there were significant design changes, due to procurement decisions and value engineering.
