Incorporating a process model, we created a multi-disciplinary coordinated model for an integrated municipal waste handling and electricity generation plant, handling 85,000t of residual waste a year to generate sufficient energy to power 15,000 households. Using Revit MEP and Navisworks, we provided a 3D MEP model and installation sheets for the M&E design consultant.
We created structural and building services models, detected clashes and resolved them, while being responsible for construction and record drawings for a casino site, with a casino floor, restaurants, private gaming areas, BOH areas and plant areas.
Based on 2D design intent drawings and using the latest version of Revit MEP, we created a spatially coordinated 3D model, coordination drawings and installation drawings for a 12,000 sq.m. project consisting of a private hospital and a rehabilitation centre. We used Navisworks for clash detection and to resolve clashes, ensuring ease of installation.
Using Autodesk 3ds Max and Adobe Photoshop, we created 3D photorealistic rendered images for luxury residences in the Turks and Caicos Islands. The rendered images created for marketing and presentations were based on the Revit model and material specifications received from our customer.
Based on design drawings that were provided, we created a detailed 3D model, coordinated in Revit MEP, provided single line services drawings, multiservice drawings, module drawings, builders work drawings, 3D MEP coordination and construction documents for a 100,000 sqm Land Rover manufacturing site. We used Navisworks clash-free models for walk-throughs.
For CompuCom’s 45,000 sqft Pune, India back office, we created rendered images and design concept drawings. Using Autodesk Revit, we created models for the drawings and inputs, which were then developed into 3D rendered images using 3ds Max.
For Destiny Mall, the largest shopping centre in the state of New York, with 6 storeys, 3 million sqft, and 250 outlets for shopping, dining and entertainment, we provided BIM modelling services. We used Autodesk Revit Architecture to create BIM models from 30-year-old legacy data and 2D CAD drawings.
Working from a 3D design and traditional coordination drawings, we developed hanger installation drawings and builders work drawings for a 53-storey residential building, with both affordable and luxury apartments, neighbouring the renowned Canary Wharf. We also provided MEP BIM coordination services using BIM360 Design for the Revit MEP model.
For this 2.2 million sq.ft. mega-shed design-and-build project, we delivered Revit models, as-built model updates, as-fitted drawings, coordinated drawings and installation drawings. Our team created detailed, installation-ready construction drawings, and in addition to multi-disciplinary coordination, we considered adequate clearance for all process elements of the automated parcel dispatch system in Amazon’s distribution centres.
