Team Leader – MEP

This position involves leading a team of high calibre MEP (Mechanical, HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing) Professionals including 3D Spatial MEP Coordinators, MEP Revit Designers, 3D MEP Modellers working on a variety of International MEP BIM, Revit & CAD Design Development projects for Commercial, Residential, Hospitality, Healthcare, Retail & Institutional Sectors. This is a domain & leadership role for working on international & high-profile projects involving the following aspects -

  • To understand, communicate and manage expectations of our Clients
  • To work with the team and deliver the projects within time, budget and quality that is desired
  • To independently communicate with clients using emails, messengers, voice chats & teleconferences
  • To regularly evaluate the workflow process including Quality Check process and implement all necessary changes needed to ensure the right delivery at the right time.
  • To effectively manage the team through periodic meetings, intra team communication and other human resource management strategies

10+ Years of which 50% of the time should have been spent in managing and delivering MEP projects in the Revit / BIM / CAD Environment. Knowledge of various installation techniques as well as MEP site exeperience will be preferred strongly.

Any one of the following qualifications will be acceptable -

  • Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering
  • Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
  • Any relevant (HVAC / Electrical / Plumbing) Technical Diploma with very relevant work experience

  • The Candidate member should have independently managed a significant sized team in delivering Revit MEP / AutoCAD MEP Projects
  • Ability to communicate well with Clients and Team Members
  • Ability to drive intra team communication and respond to client changes effectively
  • Ability to manage Client expectations

Compensation for this post will be in line with qualifications and experience. It will not be a constraint for the right team member.
