After reviewing all design drawings of the 8-acre beachfront hotel with casino, spa, ballroom and conference and banqueting facilities, we created an accurate model of the interior and exterior, including the landscape, leisure and pool areas and provided a series of low colour images for design review.
We provided Keepmoat Homes, creator of more than 30,000 homes in the UK, with high-quality computer-generated images (CGIs), house exterior images, street scenes, site plans, VR 360, sales leaflets, wall graphics and floor plans. These images/graphics are used by Keepmoat on websites and in show home environments.
For David Weekley Homes, one of the largest privately owned homebuilders in the USA, we provided design development drawings, detailed construction drawing sets and 3D rendered images using 3ds Max, Photoshop and V-Ray. We created Revit models and drawings, applying relevant building codes for different states. The rendered images were used for websites and show homes.
Using Autodesk 3ds Max and Adobe Photoshop, we developed detailed 3D rendered images for Toshiba’s 12,000 sqft Pune, India office. The images were used as part of a successful design bid, and the design was implemented by the local design-and-build company.
We created a series of models and rendered images for a renowned salon and spa chain to meet the stringent look-and-feel requirements of the brand. We used 3ds Max and Revit for the project.
Working for a local design and build company, we developed conceptual 3D renders for all office, reception, canteen, meeting and break areas to reflect the design intent of an instrumentation product manufacturer setting up a 13,000 sqft office for its regional headquarters in India.

We converted PCG (Point Cloud Group) files into a BIM model and modelled all elements of the buildings, the car park, fencing and sports facilities of a new 200,000 sqft community centre. Working from 2D samples provided by the customer, we used Revit Architecture to create 3D BIM models on time and within budget.

During the design process of the local architect for the entire airport extension, we created a series of 3D models showing the new terminal areas in greater detail. Models were created using AutoCAD Architecture and rendered with a chalk effect, using 3ds Max for client viewing and feedback.
