XS CAD is pleased to announce Andrew Darland as our new Regional Account Manager in the United States. Andrew is a virtual design and construction professional who is growth-focused and customer-centric, with substantial experience directing overall facets of technical sales, customer success, operational excellence and project/program management.

He brings with him a proven track record of building successful high-performing teams, conducting thorough analysis, managing resources, achieving desired program results, defining business tactics, overseeing projects and streamlining operations, Excelling in assessing and exceeding client expectations, attaining high customer satisfaction, implementing change management steps and improving processes to optimise business performance, Andrew is also adept at developing and maintaining technology standards, performing in-depth assessments of customer processes and managing BIM implementation.

Andrew’s accomplishments include leading presentations for executives, clients and owners, building virtual design and construction departments for multi-million-dollar companies and spearheading and training resources and end users to utilise models.

These qualities make Andrew well placed to guide several existing accounts of XS CAD while adding new accounts to take advantage of XS CAD’s unique operational model and approach. At XS CAD, he will be responsible for business development and strategic partnering solutions in the American and Canadian markets.
