Our architectural CAD services team is led by qualified architects who manage all projects from requirement gathering through to delivery. We supply our clients with architectural drafting services, architectural detailing services and residential drafting services to architects who are members of leading architectural institutes around the world, including the American Institute of Architects (AIA) in the US, the Australian Institute of Architects and the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) in the UK.

• Retail – We provide complete construction drawing sets (CD sets) to leading retail chains incorporating all aspects of space planning, interior design and construction. Working to custom design standards, we create a series of sheets (plans, elevations and sections) for construction purposes.
• Homebuilders – We create complete construction sets for new homes besides developing lot-specific details and address-specific drawings for single-unit and multi-unit dwellings. We provide large homebuilders from the US, Australia, Canada and the UK retained teams that work with local teams to produce architectural drawings as per local standards.
• Commercial – We provide architectural drawings for commercial projects, such as corporate premises, hotels and restaurants. We usually work as part of the design documentation team for these projects, providing a service to detail the drawings according to AIA or RIBA standards.
• Healthcare/Education – We provide detailed design drawings of public hospitals and educational facilities. For larger healthcare/hospital, school and college projects, we provide design drawings over a fixed term at a fixed cost.
