What We Provide

We create intelligent Revit BIM models (Building Information Models) for a range of architectural projects. Using BIM models ensures that any changes to schedules, plans, elevations, sections or the 3D model itself result in coordinated updates to all corresponding areas, known as ‘integrated bi-directional associativity’.

Our range of 3D architectural modelling services and 3D CAD design services includes:

• Revit Family Modelling – We create 3D model libraries for all equipment, fixtures, fittings and furniture within construction and engineering domains.
• Point Cloud 3D BIM Models – We use 3D laser scan data, or ‘point cloud’ data, to create accurate Revit BIM models. Typically, we create scan to BIM models for existing buildings having no accurate or up-to-date plans and also model proposed alterations (false ceiling and additional structural items).
• 3D CAD Models – Using 2D layout plans and elevations, we create entire architectural and structural building models to exact standards and specifications. We can also maintain the models throughout the duration of a project – from design through to installation/handover.

Software We Use

Our architecture design support team uses AutoCAD, Revit Architecture, BIM 360 Design and BIM 360 Team, a cloud-based tool on Revit. Revit Architecture allows for material take-offs, interference checks and improved compatibility with other Autodesk visualisation tools, such as 3ds Max. We also use ArchiCAD for customers in Australia, the UK and New Zealand, covering all stages of the design process.
