Architectural Design Support

Phase 1: Schematic Design
During this phase, we use data gathered from the client to create design options as sketches for consideration. We can also provide an outline cost estimate with each option. Any required modifications can be made to the selected design. This design will then be refined in the next stage.

Phase 2: Design Development
The selected schematic design and its requested modifications are revised. The cost estimate is updated to incorporate any changes made to the initial design and the details of the design are finalised.

Phase 3: Construction Documentation
Architectural drafting, drawings, notes, and technical specifications necessary for bidding, construction, and permit application are created during this stage, after finalising the design. These architectural drawing services, detailed drawings and specifications can be used by contractors to prepare for bidding and construction.
