Concept design requires architects to consider the form of a building. It captures an idea, an approach, a guiding concept and design intent. Concept design drafting typically consists of concept design drawings developed from sketches and drawings.

We provide support for detailed concept design drafting and can prepare outline plans or 3D models to enable a generic cost overview based on floor areas, use types, likely forms of construction, facade treatments, parking, access, building performance criteria and technical systems.
