Construction Documentation

The construction documentation stage follows the design development stage of design.
It prepares the final drawings for construction and includes the creation of 3D models, 2D drawings, including plans, elevations and sections. It can also include data such as schedules that are used for costing purposes. These drawings will integrate the work of other specialist consultants, and further detailed drawings, specification and schedules are generated to include the quality, quantity of materials and finishes. These drawings are also known as CD Sets (Construction Documentation Sets) or GFC (Good for Construction) drawings.

Design Stages We Cover

Software We Use

We create 3D models and construction drawing services using Revit software, which allows us to create schedules automatically. Our qualified architects manage projects from requirement gathering through to delivery. using Revit Architecture and ArchiCAD. We also use bespoke software as per customer requirements.
