Our engineering services, also known as MEP or M&E services for MEP designers and consultants, MEP contractors, MEP manufacturers, MEP fabricators and MEP installers include: MEP design engineering, MEP coordination, MEP modelling and MEP drafting.

Our team of trained designers, technicians, engineers and experienced multi-service spatial coordinators provide engineering design output, 3D models and drawings prepared to local standards and building codes for HVAC, mechanical, pipe work, plumbing, electrical and fire systems for hospitals, leisure centres, sports stadia, entertainment complexes, corporate offices, retail outlets, educational institutes and many others. Our team has handled many global projects, using specialist packages for design, AutoCAD MEP and Revit MEP to create drawings and 3D models and Autodesk Navisworks to validate our work.

Our services for building services professionals include:

• MEP Designers/MEP Consultants
  We work with MEP designers and consultants in the US, the UK and Australia on per-project basis as well as on a ‘retained resource’ basis to create detailed design information on 2D layout plans, design schematics and interference-free 3D models, using a suite of specialised design software as well as BIM software. To provide MEP design services, we deploy a team of LEED-accredited plumbing/hydraulic design engineers, fire design engineers, electrical design engineers and HVAC and mechanical design engineers, using DIALux, Camel, etc.
• MEP Contractors and Installers
  We provide spatially coordinated MEP solutions, modelling all services (HVAC, pipework, plumbing, electrical and fire systems) within an accurate 3D architectural and structural model allowing for bracketing, maintenance access, ease of installation and an economic installation. We ensure that our models are interference-free and spatially coordinated using Autodesk Navisworks and can then produce builders’ work/penetration drawings, detailed coordination drawings and MEP services drawings used by installers and fabricators on site.
• MEP Fabricators and MEP Manufacturers
  We create MEP modules for fabricators and manufacturers. Using design data, we optimise the prefabricated module layout and ensure that the solution is spatially coordinated before creating detailed module drawings with equipment schedules, detailed sizing data, individual spool drawings for sizing and accurate 3D models for plants and equipment. We utilise a range of cloud-based software tools to help manage projects and to conduct meetings online. Our teams also use BIM 360 Team and BIM 360 Design to collaborate on projects with customers from countries around the world.
