MEP BIM

MEP (M&E) BIM is a service solution for creating mechanical, electrical and plumbing models in BIM (Building Information Modelling) format. As Building Information Modelling (BIM) is a tool used to visualise the design of spatially coordinated mechanical, electrical and plumbing, or hydraulic, building service systems, it allows a detailed 3D representation of MEP services, which can be used for walkthroughs, sequencing and more importantly, drawings that are used for pricing and installation purposes. Our MEP BIM/3D BIM Coordination experience is extensive, and we have undertaken a range of MEP BIM projects for the following building types:
