XS CAD provides MEP (M&E) engineering design services (mechanical, electrical, public health and fire protection building services design, also known as building engineering and architectural engineering) to building services designers and consultants.

Our LEED-accredited team of mechanical design engineers and electrical design engineers have experience in designing for new and refurbished buildings in the US, UK and Australia.

While we work according to client requirements, our teams have competent MEP engineering design expertise of their own. Our experienced MEP design consultants and MEP design engineering professionals deliver a range of MEP design services.

We also focus on delivering designs in BIM format, creating spatially coordinated models that can be installed and accessed by contracting and installation teams. Our adoption of BIM serves as an effective design tool aid and has been developed over several years in conjunction with our own skilled team of BIM modellers and BIM coordinators.

We do provide comprehensive design support for all stages of the design process from concept, schematic, design development, tender and construction stages.
