XS CAD provides modular construction models, models,  prefabricated construction drawings and shop drawing services for construction, engineering, structural and architectural firms, using Revit, AutoCAD and Inventor software.

Our prefabrication/DfMA services include:

• Prefabrication for Structural Engineers – We create DfMA and prefabricated 3D models for load-bearing walls, retaining L-shape walls, columns, beams, girders, concrete haunches, concrete stairs, concrete wall panels, hollow core slabs, floor slabs, concrete racks, terrace blocks, channels, joists, steel frames, etc.
• Prefabrication for MEP Engineers – We provide prefabricated 3D models of detailed building services modules that comprise HVAC, pipework, drainage, electrical and fire services within steel frames to MEP trade contractors, enabling faster and safer manufacturing of building services components off site. Once modelled, we produce detailed 2D drawings with equipment schedules and component spool drawings. Completed modules are used for risers, corridors, plant rooms and energy centres.
• Prefabrication for General Contractors – We create prefabricated 3D models and modular construction drawings for decorative exterior fixtures, such as shutters, door pediments, window mantles, trim boards, dentil mouldings, fireplace, tray ceiling, window grills, screens, gutters, storm doors, garages, porches, decks, sunrooms and finished basements. We also provide DfMA 3D modelling and detailed assembly drawings for bathroom pods, shower pods and washroom pods for healthcare, hotel, commercial, leisure, stadia and industrial projects.
• Prefabrication for Homebuilders – We create prefabricated 3D models and construction drawings for homebuilders, including bathroom and kitchen pods with electrical and plumbing systems, wall elements, roof and ceiling elements, wood and cement panels for floors and windows, detailed steelwork fabrication design, modelling and detailing for components to be manufactured in a factory environment.
