We provided 2D coordination drawings, taken from coordinated 3D MEP models, for a 4-storey, 15,465 sqm dental hospital and school of dentistry. All of the models and drawings were tested using rigorous manual reviews and Navisworks software. We also provided installation sheets for all services.
We provided 3D building and steel modelling, 3D M&E services modelling, clash detection, construction drawings for M&E installation and fitting and record drawings for a leading retailer’s city centre retail development involving four retail floors, eight mezzanine BOH floors and a roof plant room.
Provided with a consultant design for a 4,500 sqm building development of luxury apartments in a sought-after London location, we produced a Revit MEP coordinated model and detailed installation sheets. Our clash-free MEP model was also used to communicate and demonstrate our coordination approach in client meetings.
Using Autodesk 3ds Max and Adobe Photoshop, we developed detailed 3D rendered images for Toshiba’s 12,000 sqft Pune, India office. The images were used as part of a successful design bid, and the design was implemented by the local design-and-build company.

Working for a local design and build company, we developed conceptual 3D renders for all office, reception, canteen, meeting and break areas to reflect the design intent of an instrumentation product manufacturer setting up a 13,000 sqft office for its regional headquarters in India.
We took tender design drawings to a more detailed design phase for high-quality apartments along Lombard Road and the River Thames through the deployment of Revit MEP. We created a 3D clash-free, spatially coordinated model and associated drawings that could be used or progressed by trades and sub-contractors further along the project’s installation stages.
For a 7,000 sqm local government office complex with energy-efficient design in the southwest of the UK, we provided multiservice coordinated drawings. Using Revit MEP, we created a clash-free model and installation sheets. Provided with a 3D Revit design model, there were significant design changes, due to procurement decisions and value engineering.
We provided 3D coordination of MEP services (including sprinklers), coordination across disciplines and coordinated MEP drawings and record drawings for 38,000 sqm of landmark offices with a roof plant, basement plant and three basement car park levels.
Using Revit Architecture and Revit MEP, we modelled a private psychiatric facility, coordinated and modelled all building services and created detailed drawings for builders work penetrations, coordinated drawings and single services drawings. We also provided manufacturing drawings and schedules for pipework and HVAC systems.
